Our Managing Director is a Certified Public Accountant with significant experience in Corporate Banking and Finance.
Hayden Hill has been with our organisation for over twenty-five (25) years and has held various positions in the Operations, Accounting and Administration departments. His responsibilities include business development and all Financial/Commercial matters relating to D. Hill Shipping Services Ltd.
Hayden also oversees the maintenance of our ISO 9001 Quality Control System and Procedures.

Our Operations Manager/Technical Director (Licensed Agent) is a certified Inspector of Petroleum with the International Federation of Inspection Agencies Americas Committee (IFIA).
He has over thirty five (35) years experience as a Boarding Clerk, Petroleum/ Petrochemical Surveyor.
Ross Dorner has been with our organisation for over nine (9) years, and has held the position of Operations Co-ordinator before being promoted to Operations Manager.
