Disbursement/ administration department

Our Administrative Department is responsible for receiving vendor invoices and collating supporting documents for final disbursement to our clients in a timely manner. 

Our team is headed by Mrs. Lena Ramdass our Administrative Supervisor, and includes two Disbursement Clerks, all having an average of over 10 years’ experience in the industry. The objective of this team is to accurately and timely invoice for service performed to our clients vessels.
